1-3 ounce package cream cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can tuna
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
2 Tablespoons chopped pimiento (a sweet red pepper)
1 Tablespoon mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup cornflake crumbs (or other cereals or crackers)
1/4 cup milk
First Mix:
- Mix together cream cheese, tuna, and cream of mushroom soup together.
- Gradually add other ingredients (onion, green pepper, pimiento, mustard, salt, and milk).
- Mix together well.
Meanwhile:
- Cook macaroni according to package directions (boiling in water).
- When macaroni reaches desired softness, drain water and add macaroni to above ingredients.
Pour into baking dish and cover with crumbs.
Cover dish and bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
