Cream Cheese Tuna Bake

4 ounces (1 cup) 7-min macaroni (check for egg-free noodles)
1-3 ounce package cream cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can tuna
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
2 Tablespoons chopped pimiento (a sweet red pepper)
1 Tablespoon mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup cornflake crumbs (or other cereals or crackers)
1/4 cup milk



First Mix:
  1. Mix together cream cheese, tuna, and cream of mushroom soup together.
  2. Gradually add other ingredients (onion, green pepper, pimiento, mustard, salt, and milk). 
  3. Mix together well.
Meanwhile: 
  1. Cook macaroni according to package directions (boiling in water). 
  2. When macaroni reaches desired softness, drain water and add macaroni to above ingredients.
Pour into baking dish and cover with crumbs.
Cover dish and bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
