Chicken Noodle Casserole

Cooked chicken, cut up (may used canned chicken)
Noodles (use gluten-free noodles for gluten-free and egg-free noodles for egg-free)
1 can cream of chicken soup (see substitutions page for gluten-free version)
cheese (use soy cheese or other cheese substitute for milk-free)
onion- may use onion powder or salt
potato ships or crackers


  1. Cook noodles.
  2. Drain noodles. 
  3. Mix with cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, cheese, and onion powder.
  4. Sprinkle crumbled potato chips on top. 
  5. Heat in oven until warm.
