6 Tablespoons
1/2 teaspoons salt
2 cups sugar
2 teaspoons soda
3/4 cup oil
2 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups cold water
2 Tablespoons vinegar
- Mix the dry and wet ingredients separately.
- Combine dry and wet ingredients.
- Pour into a greased and floured cookie sheet.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
- Cool and frost.
*This recipe can be used in different sized pans by varying the cooking time. In a 9"x13" pan about 31-34 minutes and cupcakes 15-20 minutes.
*To make this cake fat free, add 3/4 cup of any pureed fruit or vegetable in place of the oil. It can be applesauce, pumpkin, zucchini, etc.
