Chicken Salad

4 medium apples
4 tablespoons lemon juice (pour juice over apples)
8 chicken breasts - cooked and shredded or cubed
4 cups seedless grapes - cut in half
4 cups celery - diced
1 cup onion - finely diced
2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 2/3 cup mayonaise

Gradually mix ingredients together and chill.
