Milk-Free Fudge

3 cups sugar
2/3 cups rice milk 
2 Tablespoons corn syrup
1 1/2 sticks margarine (Use a Dairy-Free margarine for Milk-Free)
  1. Melt ingredients together, bring to a rolling boil, cook to a temperature of 234 degrees F.
Stir in:
12 ounce Bag of Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips (Use a Dairy-Free margarine for Milk-Free)
7 ounce Jar of Marshmallow Creme

  1. Stir until smooth, then quickly pour into greased glass 9x13 pan. 
  2. Refrigerate to set, keep refrigerated.
